This policy explains what happens to your email address when you join the Archinote waitlist on this website.

Who we are

Archinote is run by Archinote s.r.o., Bavorova 27, Strakonice I, 386 01 Strakonice, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 30074355. We are responsible for your data. Questions or requests: hello@kochovo.com.

What we collect

Only the email address you type into the waitlist form, and the date you joined. We do not ask for your name and we do not build a profile of you.

Why we use it

To email you when Archinote launches and to give you the free month promised on this site. Nothing else: no newsletters, no sharing with advertisers, no selling. We use it because you gave us your consent by joining the waitlist (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who helps us

• Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts this website and receives the form.

• Google stores the waitlist in Google Sheets, under the company’s Google Workspace account.

• Resend, Inc. (USA) sends the launch email.

They handle your email only on our instructions. Where Google or Resend process it outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Until two months after Archinote launches, then we delete it. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we do so sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or write to hello@kochovo.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Framer, which hosts it, counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
